We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator’s primary function is to manage the flow of a project or multiple projects.
He or she should have a wide range of technical and administrative duties. The function may be
home office or site based, and may work as a member of a project or assignment delivery team or
on their own. Duties are normally technical in nature and may include cost, performance,
schedule and quality tracking and reporting. Certain administrative duties are also delivered by
Project Coordinators.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working in compliance with the corporate framework of policies, practices and guidelines.
  • Assisting in the project acquisition process as required
  • Knowing the contractual obligations of the Company to the client and ensuring that the client’s needs and
    expectations are met.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of Project Plans.
  • Attending client meetings and assisting in the Project or Construction Manager in the production of minutes
    and other project records.
  • Providing assistance to or being accountable for, as assigned, determined and communicated by the
    Director of Project Development and Engineering, Project Manager or Construction Manager, any or all of
    the following:

    • Participating in the implementation of the Safety Plan including conducting site inspections,
      attending safety meetings and setting a good example.
    • Assisting in the preparation of project organization, communications, document management,
      record keeping and reporting systems
    • Participating in the determination of appropriate methods and procedures to complete the project
    • Assisting in the planning, organizing and controlling of construction operations.
    • Monitoring, inspecting, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quantity take-off, communications,
      document control and the use of administrative controls as required.
    • Reviewing field inspection reports, production of NCRs and other documentation of like import
      throughout the life cycle of the project.
    • Monitoring and reporting of progress of subcontractors, suppliers and third party personnel.
    • Supervising and directing as authorized other site staff in the performance of their duties.
    • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by their direct supervisor.
    • Actively participating in corporate communication improvement initiatives.
    • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by their direct supervisor.

Job Requirements:


  • College diploma or university degree in engineering or business (or the


  • Graduate level or 2 years of experience in the field of engineering,
    technical or construction related fields

  • Good communication and time management skills


  • Computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project)
